Lochore's Real Estate - We are first and foremost a family firm. Today run by Paul Lochore and his wife Jean, our company was established in Wellington in 1952 by Paul's father, Robert Lochore Senior. Paul took over in 1969 and has guided the business ever since. Lochore's moved to the North Shore in 1977, and over the years has become a force on the western side of the motorway all the way from Birkenhead to Albany.

Investpak seminars:Our investpak seminars are designed for the average Kiwi. Paul Lochore runs these meeting on a regular basis at our office, 100 Mokoia Road, Birkenhead. We show people how to maximise the value of the equity of their home.

Property Management Division: Our Property Management Division is one of the largest on the North Shore. We have a specialist available to assist you in all aspects of property management.
